My name is Haylie Griffiths, 

I am a local clinical counsellor. I am presently looking at renting a large clinic space on Baker Street and am looking to assess if there is interest from local practitioners to sublet space. This space has the capacity to house a full-time body work treatment room as well as a mental health treatment room. Both rooms will come fully furnished so no need to lug around a hefty massage table. Other equipment and linens can be discussed based on interest. The building also features a large multi-purpose space in the back of the building that can be rented out for larger groups such as yoga classes, meditation groups, workshops, etc. The building has in-suite laundry, a bathroom and kitchenette as well as ample waiting space for clients. I would be hoping to rent to interested parties for $12.50/hour, with a minimum of a 10-hour commitment per week that can be split over two days.
