We provide knowledgeable customer service, quality products, competitive prices, and a positive family atmosphere.
  • Assessing customers’ health needs and recommending the necessary supplement for their specific health concerns.
  • Suggesting complementary products for additional health benefits and increased efficacy.
  • Engaging with customers and responding to their health/supplement product-related inquiries.
  • Attending to organizing, stocking, facing, and merchandising of products, as well as general upkeep of the store (cleaning, dusting, organizing) and other activities.
  • Supporting the team effort with a positive, energetic, and can-do attitude.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Accreditation of Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Nutritionist Practitioner, Health / Nutrition Counsellor, or Register Health Coach.
  • Preferred 2 years experience as a Nutritionist and or 2 years experience in a health food store.
  • You must be excellent in customer service and have a background and knowledge of supplements, vitamins, herbs, and homeopathic medicines.
  • You must have previous retail or customer-focused experience with vitamin/supplement sales.
  • You are a good listener with exceptional relationship-building skills, who is driven to educate others.
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays

  • Strong communicator, who is able to summarize and explain technical details in a simple way.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and completes tasks in a timely fashion.
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, and able to stay focused and work independently.
  • Excellent at collaborating with others in a team environment.
  • Continues learning about natural nutrition and wellness, and maintains up-to-date knowledge of the industry.
  • Takes pride in personal wellness.
  • Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to clients.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with awareness of surroundings.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems and ability to learn new programs.
