Wild Heart Therapies is offering a sole proprietorship position in a busy clinic in Fernie, BC with lots of cross-referencing but I can also go off a typical clinical % split model if that is preferred. Currently, there is a Naturopathic Physician (me) with a busy practice, two Osteopaths with also busy practices, a clinical counselor, one registered acupuncturist, and massage therapists. The current acupuncturist is too busy to take my patients and I am well-versed in traditional Chinese medicine so I would like an acupuncturist to work by my side with my patients. There would be lots of referrals, along with patients simply coming in via it being a busy clinic. We would like to grow the clinic and this allows for someone to have the advantage of being able to take home their income and build a business with the benefits of it already being a well-known clinic in town, a newsletter that goes out to thousands of people monthly, publicity via a busy website and monthly marketing in the local paper. In the cost of rent, there is also marketing provided, cleaning, internet and all the utilities, video surveillance, loads of parking, computers to use, and more. For an additional small cost, if wanted, there can be an added membership to the EMR’s Jane or Outsmart and co-management of patients with a virtual assistant provided by Ginger.
