ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Protected Person, or Convention Refugee with notice of decision
- Have post-secondary education or at least one year of work experience outside Canada.
- Currently living in Canada.
- No undischarged bankruptcy.
